Terms & Conditions

• This offer is valid from Monday 7 September 2026 until 11:59pm Sunday 13 September 2026 (AEST), unless otherwise stated.
• The $99 minimum spend is calculated on the value of products purchased in a single order, excluding shipping, discounts, gift cards and the value of the free gift.
• One free swaddle is available per eligible order, regardless of the order value above $99.
• The free swaddle will be selected at random by Tilda & Moo from either the Ocean Tide Stripe Swaddle or Peaches & Cream Stripe Swaddle, subject to availability.
• Customers cannot select, exchange or swap the free swaddle for another design, product, colour, size, credit or cash.
• The free swaddle will be automatically included with eligible orders. No promotional code is required.
• The free gift is not transferable and has no cash or credit value.
• The free swaddle must be returned if the order is returned or cancelled and, where the return causes the order to no longer meet the $99 minimum spend, the value of the free swaddle ($39.95) may be deducted from any refund.
• This offer cannot be combined with another free gift promotion unless otherwise stated.
• The free swaddle is subject to availability. If a particular free-gift option becomes unavailable, Tilda & Moo may substitute it with the other eligible swaddle design.
• Tilda & Moo reserves the right to modify, extend or withdraw this promotion at any time where reasonably necessary, including where circumstances beyond our control affect the availability of the promotional gift.
• Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
