We understand the importance of detail, and for that reason, we do our best to provide you with accurate images and descriptions of our products. However, please keep in mind that as all of our items are handmade, no one piece is exactly the same. Pattern placement & colour may vary from the original pictured item.

 

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. All information collected is used only by our Tilda & Moo team for the purpose of processing your order.

Payment is required via Credit Card or Paypal. Tilda & Moo will not be responsible for any costs associating with bank fees or exchange rates.

Payment details are private, and only held by the bank or institution processing the sale on our behalf.

 

Pricing

All pricing of products and shipping costs on our website will appear in Australian Dollars. Pricing may be subject to change without notice.

Returns & Exchanges

Please choose carefully as we do not offer exchanges or refunds if you simply change your mind. We do not offer an exchange on sale items. If there is a fault with your product, we will happily replace the item, including return postage. If you have ordered the wrong style, we will gladly exchange your item, with the below conditions:

Postage back to us, and postage for the new product is at your own expense. 

The product must be received in it's original condition unworn, unsoiled, unwashed and with any tags attached. Your item will be inspected upon return, before an exchange will be issued.

Shipping

All of our items are made to order, usually within 48 hours of placing an order. Longer times may occur during seasonal restocks, sales and events. 

Tilda & Moo currently only ship Australia wide, sorry no international orders at this stage. If you wish to ship internationally, please contact us.

We ship with the below methods:

Regular Tracked Postage via Australia Post 500g or less - $8.95

Express Tracked Postage via Australia Post 500g or less - $11.95

Regular Tracked Postage via Australia Post 500g to 3kg - $15.95

Express Tracked Postage via Australia Post 500g to 3kg - $18.95

Courier 3kg or more - $20.00

Orders are made and dispatched from the Mornington Peninsula, Victoria, Australia 3941.

 

Upon dispatch, your tracking details will be emailed to you. Please keep these handy for checking the progress on your order. 

Please make sure your details are correct at checkout. The address and email you provide are used for the dispatch of your order.

If your parcel is unclaimed or the address entered during check out is incorrect or invalid, it will be sent back to us. Should this be the case, we will contact you once we receive the parcel. Australia Post charges us a fee to send unclaimed mail back to us (approx. $8). We are happy to resend your parcel, and the postage costs (including the return fee) are the responsibility of the customer.
