We understand the importance of detail, and for that reason, we do our best to provide you with accurate images and descriptions of our products. However, please keep in mind that as all of our items are handmade, no one piece is exactly the same. Pattern placement & colour may vary from the original pictured item.
Your privacy is important to us. All information collected is used only by our Tilda & Moo team for the purpose of processing your order.
Payment is required via Credit Card, PayPal or AfterPay. Tilda & Moo will not be responsible for any costs associating with bank fees or exchange rates.
Payment details are private, and only held by the bank or institution processing the sale on our behalf.
All pricing of products and shipping costs on our website will appear in Australian Dollars. Pricing may be subject to change without notice.

Returns & Exchanges
Please choose carefully as we do not offer exchanges or refunds if you simply change your mind. We do not offer an exchange on sale items. If there is a fault with your product, we will happily replace the item, including return postage. If you have ordered the wrong style, we will gladly exchange your item, with the below conditions:
Postage back to us, and postage for the new product is at your own expense.
The product must be received in it's original condition unworn, unsoiled, unwashed and with any tags attached. Your item will be inspected upon return, before an exchange will be issued.

The cost of shipping is calculated at checkout, based on carrier rates from the Mornington Peninsula, Australia.
Domestic parcels are shipped using Australia Post. You can choose between standard shipping and express shipping, when available in your area.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept special requests (such as authority to leave parcel at doors) as Australia Post does not honour these. Notes that you enter at checkout do not get sent to Australia Post.
